Mr. Shim De Zhen is a founding partner of Messrs Yeoh Shim Siow & Lay Kuan.

His practice focuses on all aspects of corporate & commercial dispute resolution and transactions. These include corporate and debt structuring and re-structuring, contracts and agreements preparation and review, employment management and mediation, shareholders and directors relationship governance and disputes, debt recovery, corporate rescue and insolvency. He is also versed in dispute resolution, from mediation to appeals at the Court of Appeal.

He regularly works with insolvency practitioners (liquidators, judicial managers and receivers & managers) and specialised financiers.

Prior to joining the firm, De Zhen headed his own practice, Messrs DZ Shim, after gaining experience at two reputable legal firms.
