Nick Lee is a Senior Legal Associate in the Litigation Department. He holds an L.L.B (Hons) degree from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.

He focuses on dispute resolution across various disciplines including tenancy, bankruptcy, employment and industrial relations, debt recovery, contractual, tortious, and commercial matters from commencement to execution.

His practice also encompasses corporate related disputes such as shareholders’ disputes, breach of directors’ duties, minority oppression suits, derivative actions, intellectual property – trademarks and copyright disputes, and contested winding up matters.
