Ms. Yeoh Siang Thing is a distinguished legal professional with a comprehensive background in corporate and conveyancing law, complemented by significant expertise in civil litigation. A graduate of the University of London with an LLB (Hons) in 2009, Ms. Yeoh further solidified her legal foundation by obtaining her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2010, leading to her admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 12th September 2011.

Starting her career at Messrs M Scully on 1st December 2011, Ms. Yeoh quickly established herself as a vital asset to the firm, eventually leading the Corporate and Conveyancing Department. Her role involved collaborating closely with Mr. Maurice Ernest Scully and Mr. Lee Kok Phong in the Litigation Department, where she expanded her legal repertoire across a broad spectrum of services. Throughout her services in Messrs M Scully, she has gained wide experience and vast exposure in handling sale and purchase agreements for various housing developers’ projects, preparing loan documentation for banks (both conventional and Islamic), drafting and negotiations of various commercial contracts such as, Shareholders Agreement, Joint Venture Agreements, Share Sale Agreement and legal documents various due diligence exercises. Ms. Yeoh’s proficiency extends to conducting thorough due diligence exercises and adeptly navigating various fields of contract disputes, estate administration, and divorce matters. Her promotion to Partner in 2nd July 2018 stands as a testament to her exceptional skills, dedication, and contributions to Messrs M Scully over 12 years.
