Mr. Eugene Khoo Yean Shern is a legal associate of the firm whose practice covers disputes in commercial law, family law, land law, trademark and copyright law, employment law, defamation, tenancy, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency, debt recovery, judicial review, wills, probate and administration of estate. He has acted as cocounsel and counsel in numerous cases from the lower courts up to the appellate courts some of which are reported cases in the Current Law Journal and the Malayan Law Journal.

He read law at the Multimedia University (MMU) and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in 2017. He then commenced his pupillage at Messrs. Stanley Chang & Partners and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 1st March 2018.

Upon his admission to the Bar, Eugene Khoo had immediately commenced his legal practice at Messrs. Ismail Sabri Wee & Wong as a legal associate in the Litigation department before joining Messrs Yeoh Shim Siow & Lay Kuan.
