Hazel Chang has in her early years of practice accumulated experience in the practice of contentious proceedings including shareholders dispute, minority oppression suits, contractual disputes, tax disputes, construction disputes, intellectual property disputes, strata disputes, employment disputes and other related companies and commercial litigation matters.

She also has great experience in banking litigation, obtaining probate and letter of administration.

In recent years, Hazel has focused her practice on non-contentious matters including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and advisory work for company in Malaysia as well as general commercial work such as corporate restructuring. She also regularly advises on commercial and conveyancing matters relating to real estate and banking transactions including slare and purchase of lands, buildings and properties and property development projects.
