Mr. Yeoh Tze Hwa (Andy) is a founding partner of Messrs Yeoh Shim Siow & Lay Kuan.

His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters, including general litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, judicial review, and disputes involving insurance and reinsurance, construction, employment and labour, debt recovery, family, land and real estate (including compulsory acquisitions), tort, tenancy, and contentious estate administration. He is also experienced in handling intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyright and industrial designs.

Andy has represented clients at all stages of the legal system, from mediation to trials, and to appeals in the Federal Court. Given his extensive experience in litigation, he has also been retained by clients to advise on construction, corporate & commercial transactions wherein he is able to bring to the table valuable insight on the postsigning stage to better protect clients against potential pitfalls.

Prior to forming Messrs Yeoh Shim Siow & Lay Kuan, Andy was a partner in Messrs Ismail Sabri Wee & Wong’s dispute resolution department.
