Mr. Siow Wai Pin (Greyson) is a founding partner of Messrs Yeoh Shim Siow & Lay Kuan.

He heads the firm’s real estate and conveyancing practice, and advises on corporate and commercial matters. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate financing and conveyancing and regularly advises and oversees sale and purchase arrangements, leases, financing and re-financing transactions, and tenancies.

Greyson has been appointed as the National Liaison Officer of the China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation Centre (Malaysia). He is also a qualified company secretary and trademark agent.

Greyson regularly appears on Malaysian newspapers, magazines, radio and online web TV as a guest to share his legal opinions and views on various legal topics.

Prior to forming Messrs Yeoh Shim Siow & Lay Kuan, Greyson was a partner in Messrs Ismail Sabri Wee & Wong’s conveyancing and corporate department.
